Assessed and Transitioned Viacom’s Music and Entertainment Department (M&E); implemented both Scrum and Kanban Agile Methodologies.
Fully Implemented Scaled Agile 4.0 for Viacom’s MTS department. Transitioned over 150 team members and 14 teams, starting with a Program Increment Planning Session.
